＊「講師の労働者性を認めた」府労委命令が確定。国を訴えた会社が地裁で敗訴。＊「労組ﾎｰﾑﾍﾟｰｼﾞが営業妨害等」との5820万損賠訴訟も、地裁で会社が全面敗訴。
＊地裁が「労組ﾎｰﾑﾍﾟｰｼﾞ記事は事実。労働者扱いしない契約への公益喚起」と評価。
